The UNOX SPEED.Compact ECO is here!  A cutting-edge speed oven designed for caterers who require efficiency, consistency, and ease of use. With a compact 60 cm depth and a 30×30 cm cooking chamber, this oven is ideal for environments where space is limited but high-performance cooking is essential. The screen on the front of the oven is huge and very easy to navigate!

The ADAPTIVE.Cooking technology automatically adjusts cooking parameters for repeatable results, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards. The SMART.Preheating function optimizes preheating times, while SMART.Energy detects when the oven is idle and activates standby mode to reduce energy consumption.

This model is built for ease of operation, featuring an intuitive touch control panel and a CLICK&COOK function for instant access to favorite cooking programs. With 384 speed programs and 10 customisable favourites, operators can streamline workflows for maximum productivity.
